नमः भूतनाथं, नमः देवदेव को, नमः कालकाल को, नमः दिव्यतेज को। नमः कामभस्म को, नमः शान्तशील को, मैं पार्वती के प्रिय, नीलकण्ठ को प्रणाम करता हूँ।
English Translation
Salutations to the Lord of ghosts, to the God of gods, to the Time of time, to the Divine radiance. Salutations to the one who burnt the god of love, to the one of peaceful nature, I worship Parvati's beloved, the blue-throated one.

Wearing a necklace of snakes, adorned with serpents, a garland of skulls around his neck, a great warrior and hero. Tiger skin around his waist, body smeared with cremation ash, I worship Parvati's beloved, the blue-throated one.
