1.Verse 1

Sanskrit

ॐ ह्रीं ऐं क्लीं सौः उच्छिष्टचण्डालिनी मातङ्ग्यै नमः॥

Hindi Translation

ॐ ह्रीं ऐं क्लीं सौः, उच्छिष्ट चांडालिनी मातंगी देवी को नमस्कार॥

English Translation

Om Hreem Aim Kleem Sauh, obeisance to Matangi Devi, the Ucchishta Chandalini.

Explanation

This bija mantra honors Goddess Matangi as the primal force of sacred speech and left-hand wisdom, invoking her presence through her core seed sounds.

2.Verse 2

Sanskrit

मातङ्ग्यै चण्डवदनै नमस्ते सर्वसाक्षिणि। रहस्यज्ञानरूपायै स्वाहाकारस्वरूपिणि॥

Hindi Translation

चण्डमुखी मातंगी को नमस्कार, जो सबकी साक्षी हैं। जो रहस्यज्ञान की स्वरूपा हैं और स्वाहा के रूप में वाणी हैं॥

English Translation

Salutations to Chandavadan Matangi, witness of all. She who is the essence of secret knowledge and the very form of sacred sound 'Swaha'.

Explanation

She is described as the fierce-faced goddess who knows all secrets and embodies the subtle energy of offerings and mantras.

3.Verse 3

Sanskrit

विद्येश्वरीं मन्त्ररूपां सर्वकलादिनायिकाम्। सिद्धिधात्रीं वरप्रदां वाग्देवीं विमलाम्बिकाम्॥

Hindi Translation

विद्याओं की अधीश्वरी, मन्त्रस्वरूपा, समस्त कलाओं की नायिका। सिद्धियाँ देनेवाली, वर प्रदान करनेवाली, वाणी की देवी, निर्मल अंबिका॥

English Translation

She is the mistress of all knowledge, essence of all mantras, leader of all arts. Granter of siddhis, bestower of boons, goddess of speech, the pure mother.

Explanation

This verse praises Matangi as the supreme goddess of all forms of learning and expressive power, the giver of supernatural success.

4.Verse 4

Sanskrit

मातङ्गिसारसवतीं स्वाहा मन्त्रस्वरूपिणीम्। सर्वकामप्रदां शुद्धां मुक्तिदां मोक्षदायिनीम्॥

Hindi Translation

मातंगी जो सरस्वती हैं, स्वाहा मन्त्र की स्वरूपिणी। सभी कामनाओं को पूर्ण करनेवाली, शुद्ध, मुक्ति और मोक्ष देनेवाली॥

English Translation

Matangi who is Saraswati, the embodiment of Swaha mantra, fulfiller of all desires, pure one, granter of liberation and final freedom.

Explanation

Matangi is equated with Saraswati, yet transcends her through her Tantric essence, bestowing both worldly success and spiritual liberation.

5.Verse 5

Sanskrit

या देवी सर्वभूतेषु वाग्रूपेण संस्थिता। नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः॥

Hindi Translation

जो देवी सभी प्राणियों में वाणी के रूप में स्थित हैं। उन्हें बारम्बार नमस्कार॥

English Translation

The Goddess who resides in all beings as speech, we bow to her again and again.

Explanation

This universal Shakti verse is included to acknowledge Matangi as the inner voice and speech in all beings.
