अन्नपूर्णे सदा पूर्णे शंकरप्राणवल्लभे, ज्ञानवैराग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं भिक्षां देहि च पार्वति॥

Hindi Translation

अन्नपूर्णे सदा पूर्णे, शंकरप्राणवल्लभे, ज्ञानवैराग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं, भिक्षां देहि च पार्वति॥

English Translation

O Annapurna, the ever-full goddess, beloved of Lord Shankar, Grant me alms for the attainment of knowledge and renunciation, O Parvati.

English Translation

Without your support, O goddess, the entire world falls into disarray; Fill me with your mercy, and grant me the alms of food.

English Translation

She who destroys the pride of the moon and sun, the remover of all diseases, Always revered by Shankar, she is Annapurna, the supreme power.

कान्तारक्शं सदा मातरं, प्रसन्नं विबुधाश्रितम्,शिवपरायणं वन्दे, अन्नपूर्णां महाशक्तिम्॥

English Translation

I always worship Annapurna, who is protected by Lord Shiva, She is forever blissful and the source of all divine power.
